Spring Menu 2017Libations
The Libations menu springs into action with fresh fruit and vegetables that are best in the spring season. Michelle makes this cocktail menu delicious with pineapple, grapefruit, cucumber, and peaches . There are many refreshing ways to wet your whistle. Try the Cucumber cocktail, grapefruit jalapeno mule, or the apricot peach patio pounder next time you join us.

We have some new appetizers as well. The She Crab Soup is available for lunch and dinner. However, you will need to come for dinner to try the Fried Okra. Both are nice additions and are getting good reviews.
For lunch, we have some new entrees. The Po Boy, which has buttermilk fried shrimp, remoulade and creole sauce, as well as lettuce and tomato on a hoagie roll. It has spice and fresh crisp vegetables to balance the flavors. It is a must to try. There is also the Venison Burger, which is an 8 oz ground venison patty with a special house seasoning, red onion marmalade, bacon, blue cheese, and pickle. If you love venison, you have got to taste this one.
For dinner, we have the Venison Burger, Pork Tenderloin, Scallops Almandine, Crab Cakes, and Zucchini Primavera. The Scallops are almond crusted with couscous, swiss chard and micro greens. They are truly beautiful. The Pork is served with mushroom risotto, swiss chard and micro greens. We also love using greens that peak in the spring time. The Zucchini Primavera also has mushrooms with snow peas, grape tomatoes and corn. The mushrooms, sourced from the local Loud Mouth Farms, are in the risotto and primavera dish.
You should check out the Crab Cakes! They are really tasty and just look at them; they are fabulous. The fresh succotash and cakes that are topped with pea tendrils. This dish really highlights what is fresh for spring.
When you think we are done, there is more. There are also two new salads, the Grilled Caesar and Grilled Salmon Salad. They both take advantage of spring vegetables that available now.
A Unique SweetIs it a drink or dessert?
Because there is a need for sweet, there is the Banana Shooter. Is is a dessert or a cocktail? You decide because all we know is that it is delicious.
