Hoppy Easter, everyone! Did you know about Easter brunch at best restaurants in Woodstock, GA? That’s right. It may be a holiday, but that doesn’t stop places like Freight Kitchen & Tap from opening our doors. As you may already know, we offer a brunch buffet every Saturday and Sunday. This Sunday for Easter we are stepping it up a notch with a ham carving station. Our normal buffet consists of fried chicken, bacon, cheddar grits, mac and cheese, collard greens, biscuits, gravy, fruit, salad, an omelette station, a waffle station, etc.
What else is going on at Freight? Well, we just recently launched our brunch outdoor bar area for you and your pals to enjoy while you’re out on the town or simply waiting on a table inside. Enjoy a cup of coffee, a mimosa, or a bloody Mary. Emily will be out there on Easter Sunday serving you up and might even slide you an egg with a treat inside. A perfect addition for the kiddos.
Before we forget to mention it, visit Freight tomorrow on Good Friday for a special entrée feature by our head chef Caleb. Then come back to downtown Woodstock on Saturday morning because the farm fresh market starts! Directly behind Truck & Tap, enjoy a selection of local produce and other goodies from local vendors. It’s the perfect time of year to get your hands on some yummy farm fresh fruits and veggies. Our motto wouldn’t be “eat, drink, local” if we didn’t want you to support local! See you this weekend.
