We understand new menu rollouts are bittersweet for our loyal guests. We do our best to accommodate guest suggestions as we implement necessary changes to our menu every season. To better cater toward Freight’s current audience, the summer 2018 menu features more vegan/vegetarian friendly options, more color, and more bang for your buck. Here’s what’s new:

-Fried Okra (cornmeal breaded okra, sriracha ranch)
-Pork Shanks (smoked pork shank, fried cabbage, maple chipotle barbecue, house pickled veggies)
-Hummus (local bean/pea hummus, herbed olive oil, celery, carrots, rice crackers)
-Georgia Caviar (seasonal peas, bell pepper, corn, celery, sweet onion, apple cider vinaigrette, tortilla chips)

Lunch/Dinner Entrees
-Beyond the Tracks Burger (veggie burger patty, arugula, goat cheese, honey drizzle, black pepper)
-Trackside Chicken Sandwich (fried chicken, maple chipotle barbecue, pimento cheese, pickled red onion, lettuce)
-Hot Chicken (spicy fried chicken, house pickles, white bread, seasoned French fries)
-Steak Frites (10 oz. NY strip, sautéed spinach, parmesan truffle French fries, roasted garlic aioli)
-Bear Creek Brisket (beef brisket, rosemary garlic mashed potato, green beans, maple chipotle barbecue, house pickled veggies)
