Robert Morneweck is a co-owner and operator of Freight Kitchen & Tap. He loves being near the farms close to Woodstock. It allows him to take advantage of the freshly harvested food grown nearby. This freshness makes the unique menu really special.
Rob opened Freight Kitchen & Tap with Neel in 2011. He brings a breath and depth of experience with his culinary background. His origins in the food business are the “back of the house” or kitchen since he has served as Head and Corporate chef in the past. Now, he enjoys setting strategy in place and improving/maintaining operational systems to ensure quality.
